Hello ebidders! I am brand new to this site. I came here in search of an auction site that does not rape you with selling fees. Please let me know any good tips for ebid.

Welcome everybody!

eBid is growing in the US at a very fast clip, but the recession is still affecting sales (here and everywhere else). But, because we don't have to pay any listing fees, we've been adding items as fast as we can. The more we list, the more exposure we have in the search engines (especially Google Shopping). Most of my recent sales have been to new eBid members, so the buyers are finding us.

There are many threads with lots of tips for sellers, so check them out. And don't be afraid to ask questions if you get stuck. The people here are very friendly and very helpful.

Thank you. It'll probably take me some time to get to know my way around. I find lurking, reading posts and watching auctions the best way to learn.
I have listed my first item, more to have some interest and practice, than an actual sale.
Will just have to try not to check every five minutes!

I have been selling as a private seller on ebay for a little while. I live in Bolton, Lancashire. I would love to be able at some point to run a business on line.

I am hoping I will enjoy the experience on Ebid. Hpow easy is it to get help from the team and how?
