I've never been a fan of the top 20, but it's a harmless bit of fun. A bottom 20 could only be meant as a name and shame, which is not encouraged here.

I also agree, being bottom may just indicate that you havent had enough sales or purchases to recieve many feedback, or there may be other circumstances no harm in the top 20 though, but sometimes feedback is a hit and miss thing a lot of people still dont leave feedback here
