I'm afraid I don't take any notice of the list at all - I'm not sure what purpose it serves? Is it used in marketing somehow?
I don't think it's used in marketing but it's a nice way for newbies to see that things do sell on eBid.

How do the newbies see it? I've only become aware of this list from the rare posts to this thread. Is it displayed elsewhere? Sorry to be so dim - it's always puzzled me but I've never got around to investigating before!
I didn't know about this either until I saw the thread about it. I see from an early comment on the thread that some of the feedback is imported from other sites. If that's the case, it's not really a true result is it.
As this is one of the few consistent threads from early ebid days, superceding the many polls and more recent competitions I would like it to stay. It demonstrates that some sellers have built their feedback month on month. personally I would like the banned users removed so that we can see some new names on the listbut overall it's a positive encouraging thread. please keep it

As no one was in favour, is there any particular reason why you want to keep a banned users profile on the list?
