Silver user's start new auction default is set to feature and allows upload to gallery, but silver users do not have access to thumbnails or is this waved if you purchase a featured auction?

Silver user's start new auction default is set to feature and allows upload to gallery, but silver users do not have access to thumbnails or is this waved if you purchase a featured auction?
"Standard" auction will not show a thumbnail in the listings. A picture can still be used on the auction details page.
"Featured" auction will show a thumbnail on the listings if a picture is used.
