Can someone help please.
I received 2 Neg feedback from a user After giving them a Full Refund. The user was Markklein1966 but before that was CharlotteAndMark. I had them in Blackball but they set up other user to bid.I noticed same address but gave benefit of doubt and yes Received payment. They said no items arrived so i sent Full Refund. They left me 2 Neg feedback so i did the same. I see that they are now on 0 feedback when it was -2.
Says Removed by Admin. How can i do the same.?

I had a similar problem. Items posted and proof of postage kept. But buyers can be inconsiderate and jump the gun and not notify that they havent recieved the item. With proof of postage I could have sorted out the problem. But no they jumped the gun.
And I had one woman purchase something from me, I listed yonks ago and forgot to remove the listing. Whilst auction was in progress i notified the buyer and ebid to try and stop the auction and ebid said they would keep an eye on the feedback.
But alas the buyer gave me neutral even though i had refunded her payment and sent numerous emails to her.
So I had no option but to do the same for her, neutral feedback.

Its hard but hey maybe i will get a line in my name next time. :-(
