Positive feedback turning neutral

Hi all, just a quick question...

Has anyone been having problems with leaving people positive feedback?

This evening, one of my buyers (very established herself) left me feedback which she swears was positive, but it showed as neutral on my profile. The comments are really good, so it wouldn't make sense for her to have intended to leave neutral. Upon talking about it, she has had it happen to her, someone certain of leaving positive feedback but it ending up showing as neutral.

I know you can edit it afterwards and I've asked her to look at doing it, but I was wondering how prevalent a problem it is... or if it's just some little bug ebid has developed?

I was quite offended to get a neutral when the comments were so good.. ya know, thinking, 'well if you liked it that much, why did you not put positive?' It could lead to a lot of misunderstandings if it is actually a problem with ebid and not human error.

So.. any thoughts..?

I'ver occasionally noticed unexpected and unsupported neutral feedback on my account- which has kindly been changed on recquest. I've also seen neutral feedbacks in fb i've given to others- which i thought must have been me accidently ticking the wrong box!

I did think it waas human error.. until i read your post

Makes you wonder..... I've had a couple of neutral but with very good comments!
