I agree with all the NO's. 3 categories are quite enough especially as you give a pretty generous space in the Comments field to elaborate.

Yep.... Please keept it as it is......

Can we also have a prompt page for leaving neg or neu? As alot of buyers&Sellers are moaning about being left neu when the buyer/seller should of left pos. If you get what i mean

    Hiya Gazza
Yes I like it the way it is now too.... too many options will be confussing, Esp for me! I will spend half an hour trying to pick which one. If I pick Good and not excellent, the seller would want to know why ect. We have loads of room to make comments at the moment. Which I take advantage of. Love it as it is!

I think it should stay as pos, nuetral or neg with lots of space to leave explanation.... there should be a reminder when leaving neg or nuetral "you are about to leave negative/nuetral feedback, are you sure?"

Also think that feedback should only be edited by The Management.

Still think we should keep the "Respond to feedback" option as well.

    Think that covers it.

Please leave the feedback as it is, buyers with little experience wouldn't be able to make a fair option choice until they've dealt with several sellers. And it would change a mainly objective exercise into a subjective one - not suitable for feedback.

No thanks Gaz. The present system is better you cant make or emphasize a point using a scale and its better (I think) if the buyer/seller puts a personal message in the response box.

Thanks for asking its good to see ebid getting input from its users before doing anything drastic!! But i think everyone agrees that the present system is probably the best, a 5 tier feedback system will not make it very clear to buyers/sellers the overall performance of other buyers/sellers as not many members would get the excellent that they deserve.
    hope this helps
