reposting this snag as Gazzas earlier response didnt address this point
There is no option to 'mark as unpaid'. This option is needed because payments can fall through- for example:
1. Unverified buyer attempting to use pppay - then gives up (this has happened to me regularly)
2. Cheque sent- which later bounces
The order that i arrange the cats in myebid store config; isnt shown up in the actual live store - its like taht any new or editeed cats are sent to the bottom of the order i the live store; but are actual order that you have set them to be in store config is ignored.Originally Posted by gazza

Accruing buddy points.
Snag Buddy points are not being shown issued for all qualifying transactions.
There is no lower qualifying limit shown, so based on your current instruction all auctions would qualify for a % of buddy points- even auctions which sell for 10p. The buddy points statements need to be adjusted to show more decimal points so we can check we are being allocated points correctly.
Can I propose if you dont want to issue buddy points for the lowest price auctions, you state a qualifying level clearly on the buddy points page. Also how is P & P accounted for when allocating buddy points. Is it disregarded?
The % of buddy points issued is confusing- Do we really need to spend £100 to gain a point????

We have been asking for a long time for a seller managed in-eBid invoicing tool that combines items and postage and discounts postage where appropriate (or at least allows the seller to edit it), as well as allows the buyer to trigger the combining and seller pre-set discounts, if the seller is too slow for the buyer's liking. Again, all of this is available on eBay to all levels of seller, with or without a shop.
It is desperately needed here as well.

I've banged on about this for 15 months since ppPay penny checks were introduced - obviously ppPay (a.k.a. G&M) are making too much interest on the "pending" account balance for uncleared accounts.Originally Posted by val4xx
Linked to this is the need for sellers to be able to reject unverified payers within ppPay ..... but that's a battle for another day.
