trying to upload a new store logo but my old one is still there??

am i supposed to delete the old image i go to the shop edit page press browse choose my new logo and press upload but it isnt changing
any ideas please???

I just uploaded a new one and it replaced the old one, if it doesn't work email support and ask if they can do it for you.

Hi Katie,

Have you left it for a while. I changed my logo and I had the same, it didn't change. Eventually I gave up, but later I found it had changed to the new one. Maybe it just takes a while sometimes.
