Thread: how can I pay if seller won't respond??

    Default how can I pay if seller won't respond??

    I recently purchased a website from a buyer, and have sent repeated requests for payment details, but they haven't responded...do all contacts actually go to the recipients email addresses, or do they have to visit eBid to receive them?

    Of course the seller should have made contact with you first.. but just to check, are you sending them to the sellers email address?

    The address will have been provided to you in the EBID after auction email, and is also available in your 'my EBID' area under 'items i won'

    Thanks for the replies

    I was trying to get the sellers Paypal address...she did eventually post it on the auction page, but eBid must have some sort of security setup that stopped the eMail address from showing up.

    She then sent her details to my own eMail address, so it's all been sorted now!
