How to contact a member... :/

Ok.. am I stupid or something, but does ebid have a message service. I.e. where you can look for previously sent messages to you.
My Problem..
I got asked a question about something I was selling. Used to E.bays system I always delete it and go direct to MY Messages on e.bay, as Ive been caught out by links in spoof e.mails before.
This is the first message I had recieved so was shocked when I got into My login page to see No messages box of any kind I went to the page where my item was listed to see the question, but even there it does not give me an option to answer the question. Checked the persons profile using the details given, and again no button to contact that person...GGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Am I missing something here???
I have this persons ID but I have no way to contact them to give them the info they asked for.. any ideas??

You should get an email with the message in it. Also if you go to where it says user CP up there^ in the read bar on the left... you can find your messages in there.. hope that helps

I think littleme has actually sold and item, and that it was not delivered. and replied giving reasons via the mail system that gave the buyers email address.
But has since deleted the mails..and therefore has no contact address.
The buyer has asked a question in the TOS of another similar item therefore littleme received a do not reply to mail. i.e. no contact details.

If he has contacted you again , as He/she has your email details, have you checked your spam folder ? in case it has gone into there.

Failing that, try a mail to support explaining, they should be able to give you the buyers email address. (I think) if not they will give you a contact phone number.

LOL If I got it all wrong, I will just go away and sit in the dunce corner.

i wish they would sort out a proper message system . The one they have most people seem unsatisfied with it (me included)
