i am try to open my ebid store so i can sell my chi flat iron's but i can not get to go online it only stays offline please help

Hi, first you need to upload a banner, put in your catagories and choose your colours, name your store and then click online. Try that first

There must be a glitch somewhere as you are the second person i have spoken to today who is having a problem.
Email support@ebid.tv and tell them the problem and the name of the sore and they should sort it for you.

It depends what you are selling hun, some people do very well.

Sit tight.. other people are mentioning having problems too. Earlier everything I have dropped off the face of the internet and wouldn't show in my store.. little bit later its all back (hope it's still there). If it doesn't improve, mail the support people.
