Receipts & blanking out details

Ok, so, there's this bag I have up for sale.. Designer and daftly expensive in shops, I have the original receipt (got it for myself but.. sales, buyers remorse).. What's the best way to block out details like card number etc. from a receipt? Just black marker? If I send it on to the buyer, I don't want them getting more than just the bag.. First time I've sold anything of this sort, I want to prove its not a fake but not at the expense of my card details.

I've not listed in over a year, it's like being a newbie again :-(

I would photocopy it tippex it then copy again. (Works well when I have to have copies of confidential documents for my college portfolio.
