    Thumbs up Football memories

What is the most memorable match you have actually watched? It can be the most skillful game or the an important game for some particular reason.

    My most memorable match is:

    Oxford United v Leyton Orient
This was played on the last day of the season (last year) and it is the game where both teams had to win for far different reasons. Oxford to remain in the divison and Orient to get promoted.

Although Orient went on to win 3-2, both teams had a lead at different times but never for long. I was very impressed by how all the fans behaved as well. The majority of the Orient fans had a go at any singing songs about Oxford going out of the league, and there was no trouble after the game when Orient had won from the Oxford fans considering they had just been relegated.

Both sets of fans were a credit to there clubs.

My most memorable matches are Man Utd v. Aston Villa (League cup Final). Thats the good one.

And the bad one must be when Villa were 4-0 up in the second half with about 15 minutes to go. The Villa players got to cocky and ended up 4-4. There was much ranting onh the local radio stations that night.

well there have been so many for me down the years for us Leicester fans where do we start lol
of last couple of year the best game had to be the reply against Forest in the league cup
we were 1-0 down when clive clarke had 2 heart attacks at half time and the first game was abandoned. so all was set for the reply when up pops the Forest goal keeper to walk the ball into the back of the net from the kick off unchallenged from the Leicester team but we still went on to win 3-2.
the best of all time has to be the league cup win against Middlebrough.
and the best game this season has to be the 4-0 against cheltenham after we were 2-0 up the 2 sets of fans started having a right laugh with the Leicester fans asking the cheltenham fans to start the wave which they did and also they did the conga through the away end by the end of the game both sets of fans were singing each others songs the atmos. was just the best ever.
