The process for getting an image to show in your signature is different and separate from uploading a store banner. It won't happen automatically.
You need to go back to EDIT SIGNATURE in the USER CP (top left, blue bar) and then scroll down that page until you see the SIGNATURE PICTURE section. Use that to upload your banner.
When you look at the EDIT SIGNATURE box on the same page as the SIGNATURE PICTURE section, you won't see the image. You will see [ SIGPIC ] and [ /SIGPIC ]. This is just the code that tells the forum software to show your image in that place in your signature.
When you view a message in the forum you will see the image instead.
Nope tried everything!!!!!!!!!!!!;o
Are you using the Enhanced interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing?
Just a thought BLUENOSEBEARS. Are you using AOL's browser?
I've only just managed to get my sig pic to work, and the answer was that the 'Insert Signature Picture' link below the picture itself (during the upload bit), doesn't show up when viewed in AOL's browser. But when I loaded the page up onto IExplorer, there it is!
Probably not the answer you need, but thought it worth mentioning.
Best wishes,
Simon.

Hi Paula,
Glad you've got it working! Your sig pic's showing up nicely now! Great stuff!
I'm not sure about how you make it clickable LOL!, (someone who'll know will be around later to tell you how to do it, I'm sure).
Standalone links are easy though. All you need to do, is go to your 'Store' or the page with your list of auctions on, copy the URL (http:// etc.). Then go to 'Quick Links' or 'User CP' on the blue bar at the top of this page (in the Forums), and find 'edit signature'. Then just paste the URL into the signature box. That will give you a basic link, - just type something like 'Visit my store' or something beside it, so everyone knows what it's for. It sounds more complex than it is (harder to type the instructions out, than to do it LOL!).
All the best,
Simon.

USER CP > EDIT SIGNATURE
See where is says [ SIGPIC] [ /SIGPIC] ?
Highlight that text (hold down the left mouse button and drag pointer across text.)
Now click the little globe with a pair of chain links on it.
This opens a box asking for the web address of the link you want to create.
Insert the web link to your store.
Click OK.
Scroll down the page to SAVE SIGNATURE and click it.
Job done.
