    Default A Newbie to ebid!

I have been thinking about signing up for a long time and listing some items.

Today I figured was a good time to get the ball rolling.

I have read some things on the boards which I found very helpful.

I decided to start at silver until I get use to the way things work and a few more pennies in my pocket before I decide to go with an upgrade.

I already have 1 item listed which wasn't too hard.

just wondering if maybe someone could take a peek and let me know if I have everything covered before I go on a listing frenzy here.

    Hi Ladyrock.
    Welcome to ebid.
Took a quick look, would you mind me pointing out, that you spelt cheque wrong. You have it as check on the listing details.. Hope sales go well for you.

    Hi Ladyrock,

Welcome to eBid and your listing is beautiful.

I see you are in the US so please reconsider your wait to upgrade as I think if you do it now you may be able to upgrade to Lifetime Platinum at no additional charges. Try to upgrade and if it shows $0.00 then your Lifetime Platinum will cost you nothing. It was still free earlier today.

BTW if is still free why not see how many of your friends might want to get in on the free Lifetime Platinum membership.

    Hope your selling goes great.

    Peggy from Arkansas, USA

PS You might find it a good thing to put something in your All About page, especially since you have no feedback yet. It will give others an opportunity to see a little about you.

    Hi Ladyrock,
I think your listing looks great - clear and well laid out. Check is the American spelling for cheque isn't it?

You might want to add something to your All About Me Page as buyers often check that out before buying an item.

Like ropegg said, there's an Ebid offer on at the moment for U.S. sellers to upgrade to Lifetime Platinum Free. Usually $99.00. If you are an ex Yahoo auctions member, you can also import your feedback. The offer ends 30th of June.

    Yes american check spelling! LOL

Thank you! I can't take all the credit on the looks as the templates I use are from SSB.

Now on the about me page can I put in a bit about my feedback from the other e place?

I thought I seen somewhere about a place where I can make a feedback logo or something showing that, but I can't remember where I seen it.

    I almost forgot!
Thank you all for the warm Welcome!

I seen the platinum lifetime with no price but I was afraid to click on it.

Maybe I should go check it out again.

I did the yahoo feedback thing already but I don't think 2 feedback is going to do me a lot of good starting out.

Oh my goodness it was free still!

    I'm now Platinum!

Now I have to see what all I can do now!
