Thread: Alan Johnston - BBC reporter - Free at last

Thumbs up Alan Johnston - BBC reporter - Free at last

After 4 months in captivity, he's been freed at last.

Great news for him, his family, friends and colleagues.

Nice to read some good news for a change.

It's just a shame he won't be able to enjoy his freedom for long seeing as the World will be ending tomorrow

Yes great news that he's free, I'd forgotten about the world ending tomorrow, I've just done a backup, perhaps I needn't have bothered

That's great news. Didn't think they were going to release him alive.

I don't think he did, either.

I was really surprised they let him go, I had visions of them doing what they did to other people they had caught. But im glad he is home & safe. But he must have had a very traumatic time, and they say time heals, but one will never know.
