You could always try a bit of human trafficking.

Take an extortionate fee off everyone waiting for the ferry and smuggle them over in the campervan.

HOW MUCH?? It was only about a fiver return last time I went over to Mull. But it's nice there - little railway to Tobermory then you can report back 'what's the story in Balamory'. The bloke in the souvenir shop at Craignure's from Leeds (if I remember correctly) so don't expect to hear the guid ol' Gaelic!

There are loads of islands to visit, but being late in the year means there may be difficulty getting ferries. I mean, they aren't all like the big P&O shots that cross the Channel

Skye bridge is free to cross now if you travel further up - shout hello to my parents if you get there LOL

How are you going to fit all of this into one trip? Best keeping to the north east for the nothern lights.

Already there are plans for a 2nd trip in Mar/April 08!
I think you should MOVE Scotland and add it on to the South Coast then its only 45 miles away and not 600

    Thumbs up

You can give my niece a wave too she lives on the side of the Five Sisters of Kintail, overlooking Kyle of Lochalsh A87, on the road to Skye. I go twice a year, approx 660 miles round trip, but well worth it.
