I was bored last night and for the first time in ages had a nose at "who's online" and spotted Gazza pm'ing someone not long before the announcement.

So, if he was pm'ing the person about the job ....... I know who it is

Kind of negates the "private" part of it doesn't it? Okay have the info available to the management, but why to everyone.?

This was thrashed out ages ago ( check back in archived posts) and it caused some furore.

I personally don't see a problem as NO ONE CAN SEE WHAT (content) is being PM'd and that is good enough for me.
