NYK was'nt the first to produce merchandise for ebid, there use to be others on here who use to produce ebid car stickers and T shirts,

yes that was Landy and Pesky who used to produce tshirts/stickers etc. couple of years ago. We all went hell for leather into the promotional stuff at that time but lost heart as no advertising was being done by management and there was only so much we could do - Ebid was so much smaller then.

And you think Ebid are going to advertise Now??? Can't see it which greatly disappoints me.
I like all of you wait and wait for the BIG explosion Well I've come to the conclusion it's NEVER going to happen because the Management don't seem to want to commit any money to any sort of Advertising that costs money..

I thought that the Members by Purchasing there OWN pens/chocs whatever out of there OWN money Would at least Promt the management into Promoting the site via National Press.. Its seems they see this as a Way to make a little more money by selling Advertising stuff to the sellers..This might be sold to us at cost price BUT the point is It Should not be SOLD to us but Given as It is EBID we are advertising!

So why wont management put their hands in their pockets & assist us in advertising eBid. I cant understand it. Coz once this site is up & running (yes it is already but you know what I mean) more peeps on here. I mean we do our bit for them we can only do so much as we have bills rent mortgages & allsorts to pay out as well.
And yes if we're advertising eBid then either give whoever is advertising the stuff free or at a percentage & once items sold refund the percentage.

We are only human and we also cant afford to promote something if management cant be bothered to do so themselves. I mean why not promote in one of the womens magazines. Or a family magazine something that will get most peeps attention.

The argument always seems to be Oh the sites not ready It cant take the extra traffic! I SAY RUBBISH JUST ADVERTISE! Its not a waste of Money! More people that use the site More money generated simple fact!

Defo not me - I didn't apply (not that I would have got it if I had). Haven't got the space or the time - normally work full time Mon-Thurs.

Maybe whoever has got the job doesnt want to own up to it as it may cause a bit of a doo. They could open another store under a different user name and play it safe that way. Oh I dunno but they havent come forward yet and id be surprised if who had got the job owned up to it now after so long.
