I joined in January 2009 paid £49.99 for 365days after 1 month could not access my store not sold anything anyway, tried to email ebid to explain my problem. No reply!!!!!!!! Still cant access my store STILL NO REPLY!!!!!!!
They have had £49.99 off me for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you paid £49.99 it was for lifetime, not for a year.

Did you make sure your card details were kept up to date as
your status is showing as a BUYER not seller+ so you cannot sell, or have a store.

How did you contact support, via the contact me page, or via email?
If email which email address did you use?
Whichever way you contacted them you should have received a automated support ticket, almost immediately followed by a proper response fairly quickly after.
If you did not receive an automated ticket number, eBid did not receive your query.

You're showing as a buyer who joined in 2007. I don't know if that's anything to do with it.

Since other people have no trouble contacting Support and that the information you have given does not match that which can be clearly seen by looking at your account details, it seems to me that you are no more than a Troll who is looking to stir up trouble.

2 ID's are not allowed without prior permission from admin, this may be your problem, but admin should reply to emails

i had a lot of auctions deleted and i dont think they were in closed auctions for 90 days ! I always export them now if i know they will be closed fo a while just in case :0)
