Suggestion for change to closing auctions via front page

When I click on "closing auctions" on the front page uk.ebid.net, which brings me to http://uk.ebid.net/perl/main.cgi?mo=...g&type=closing I would like to be able to filter the results by country listed.

I can't use the usual country refinement on the right, because I do not have a main search keyword entered.

Please can filter by country be added as an option?

That would be really helpful for me too instead of trying to sift through 1000's of listings locating USA ones.

My 'closing auctions' at the side of the page is still not changing unless I do a refresh.

My closing auctions at the left of the pageare also not changing, they have stuck with the same auctions ever since we changed to the new servers, I am not too bothered because one of the stuck ones is one of my auctions, but it is no good saying it is ending in a few minutes and when you click on the auction, it has been relisted and there are still days to go

For sticking auctions at the left hit refresh page.

In reply to the idea of using a country filter - if that is possible can we please have it everywhere? I have the same trouble if I've searched a category and want to see everything in it, but from just the UK.
