Thread: The driving force in my life

Smile The driving force in my life

Hello everyone. Everyone does things for different reason's. I think I've been lucky and have had alot of great experiences in life. The driving force in my life now is building my online business so I can help my daughters more. They did not have an easy go of it when they were younger. My youngest one graduated this year. The oldest is managing a business in Alberta. They both have their pics posted online on different sites. It's the reason ole dad keeps plugging away at it. They are the shining stars in my life. They are always quick to smile and brighten your day.
This is my youngest one. (on the right) I'm off to help my mom again.
Hope the online "family" are all doing well.

Thanks Jean and Pete. Yes us Dad's are proud. They are always our "little girls" no matter how old they get.

Hello Meebo. I'm turning into a "nighthawk" as of late. This one is just about 5 years younger than my oldest daughter. Yes they are mine.I'm not a step dad. Geesh I figuered I started having kids when I was older than quite a few people I know. lol
Next I'll be a granddad! I have hinted to them that they have lots of time for making babies of their own though.

It is strange how much you find you can give when you get kids. I used to be really quite lazy and if something didn't work out I would drop it quickly. Since Riley was born I have found a new motivation which is great!

suddenly you have this being that you created and the love you feel can be painful and scary, this being is dependant on you and that gives you the motivation. as with all creations you'll have joy and heartache, tears and laughter. and you will have fear, cos suddenly you are not first anymore, you have another being who you will give priority to over all your wants and needs. It's called being a Parent

Mike, a smile is worth a thousand words
