just a quickie, after a sale how do you see which ones need to be sent? I go into 'auctions I sold' but then ALL items posted and unposted are there, how do you see the ones that need posting, and can one print off a despatch note or is it just the ebid invoice (which really is not very nice looking)

any replies or ideas on above appreciated

If you view the summary, and click on the "sold" tab, you'll get all the little status flags per item, showing what's invoiced, sold, received feedback and wotnot.

There's no dispatch note here, I'm afraid.

My ebid screen sits in the summary all the time and I just refresh now and again, it couldn't be simpler. I'm not sure how much easier it could be than having everything appear on a single page? Is there something else you need to do that I'm missing? If so, feel free to ask again!

Right, there are several different views, the tabs and the choices down the left side column.
