I think I'd prefer to see him invest in a Professional Soccer Academy and encourage some players to become coaches... always a good idea to invest in the youth, especially those hanging around street corners who are never normally given the chance because of how they conduct themselves... some given the opportunity to do better for themselves will normally take up the idea; those beyond it will simply slide back into their old ways...

To be honest, I cant see Villa ending up anywhere near the top 4 this season.
Everton, Spurs, Man City......Villa should just be trying to get above those on a regular basis before they even think about breaking into the top 4.

They struggled to beat a very poor Fulham side at the weekend - could have been different story if it wasnt for a very fortunate goal in the first couple of minutes.
