HELP REQUIRED!! how do i get the av in the green box next to my name

Hi Everybody..

im trying to get the av the one in the green box) next to my name but somehow it wont work..

i think i know what the prob is ive signed in when joined it asked for my full name i put nigel (which i use all the time)hughes.. but my full name is john nigel hughes as being welsh..where we live we use the 2nd name as our first name..

ive got a new card from the bank to add to ebid should i change where i update to full name put John Nigel Hughes and when i change the card details do i put MR J N HUGHES as what it says on my card or john nigel hughes..

does your postcode on eBid match that to your postal address? Also I don't think that the name really matters.

thanks craig just checked again its a I not a 1 gonna try that first..

fingers xx its gonna work.. think it takes a couple days to change so will try again next week..

I think it is tied in to your card verification via NetBanx. If the address you registered with agrees with what your card issuer holds as your billing address then NetBanx flags back to eBid that the address is verified and you get the AV icon. I seem to recall admin saying that they do not control it - it is all down to what NetBanx says.

thanks i will put in my new card next week it might be what craig put i had my postal address wrong i put a I not a 1 in it..

dont worry too much jazz.... I haven't got the magic green AV either... my card address is totally different to my business address... and it hasn't (to my knowledge) stop me getting sales here
