    Default paid for items now seller has a cross through his name.

    i bought some items from a seller called .. gadispenang .. and now his name has been crossed out. he has received 7 negs, 5 pos. i paid on the 26th of october and i paid via bank transfer, can i get my money back ? do i report him to ebid ? i have tried to contact him many times but i have not heard back. thanks for your help. julie.

    there are a number of us here who have bought. some have had their items most are still waiting. She did say she'll be posting but is a bit swamped. As to getting your money back, with bank transfer it's not likely unless she sends it to you. Have you tried using the email address to make contact? She won't be able to access the site with a strike through

    hi. no i haven't tried her email. just tried through ebid. i will email her and see what see says. i did not realise she couldn't access her account. i am willing to wait longer for the items. thanks for your quick reply. julie.

    Any communication with this seller should be kept for your records.

    She is a solicitor as well as a music teacher & eBid seller.

    Contacting her through eBid will not work as she will not be able to access the information.

    I made an error an clicked on buy now I'am new to E-Bid I sent the seller an told him he doesn't answer all he does is send a message to E-Bid that he wants paid how do I contact E-Bid to stop this?

    In error?

    TBH it takes at least 2 clicks to make a purchase, you will have to take it up with the seller, as you made the purchase with the seller and not eBid.

    The thread has been deleted, just make sure you keep a record of communications you have with the seller. PM also sent to smurf

    i got 2 of 4 with a note to say the others will follow - so far shes about £1.91 down in postage - I think if she recovers from this one, she has learned a very valuable lesson
