    Red face My 1st sale

How happy am I, my very first sale. Only thing is what do I do now; I have sent an invoice, is there anyway of contacting the buyer to ask colour preference etc. Any help will be much appreciated

To send the buyer an a question use the AAL in the drop down box also as you've had the first sale their email address should appear at the bottom of the description in the sold items (just click on sold items) then scroll all the way down until you see their email address, then you will be able to send them an email asking what colour etc they would like.

Log in to the selling part of eBid (as opposed to this, the Forums part). Go to My eBid. There, go to Sold. There will be a choice of "send question to ____" (___ = buyer's name). This is all the After Auction Log, a very convenient filing system for messages and records pertaining to a transaction.

    Hi
Well done on your 1st sale.
On your my ebid, beside the item you sold's details (on the right) there is a drop down thingy, just click on that, and you will see 'ask buyer question' Click on that and you can send question.
    Hope this helps.
    Good luck

congratulation! On the left of your sold item is a drop down menu where you can send a question. you should also have the buyers email address with the postal address
