Does the AV (Address Verified) icon no longer exist? Can't see it anywhere. Still mentioned in the help files.

I haven't moved anywhere. It was there before the update but has now vanished.

I lost mine before the update and emailed support. I figured it happened when I recently had to change my debt card, but nothing had changed except the card number. They said they had no control over it and it was the encryption people who had done it because something didn't match. I told them it did match my info and I wanted it back..but I don't have it yet and its been at least a week since I emailed them.

Mine has been there since I first registered and I haven't changed the card details. So whatever reason it has suddenly disappeared is not down to any action I took.

I wondered if eBid did change their payment processor from NetBanx (they said they were going to in time for the relaunch) and that had some bearing on it.
