Hi,

When you click Goods to Go, should they go straight to your Auctions I'm selling, as they do go to my bulk upload, but they all have failed next to them, can anyone help please?

A few issues I am having are the following:

1) After importing listings from Turbo Lister, I am unable to edit any of the auctions within Ninja. I can open & adjust what I need to; but the "save" button does nothing.

2) Most of the time, when I import a csv file & then choose "select all" & click the "add to" button, the amount of listings double. For example, if I have 10 listing to post, the "good to go" says I have 20.

3) I have successfully listed about 20 items with Ninja. The problem is, ALL the listings Ninja posted, listed the items as "used" when the items are new. I would edit them, but refer to problem 1 for why I cannot.

4) after Ninja uploads, some of the auctions pass the checking process, & show as posted.....BUT they do not get posted. Instead, they all get plopped into an area that says "List auction > Small Problem". It shows I have to choose some type of royal postage. I, however, am inside the USA.

All in all, the beta is pretty good.

Hope these issues are easy to fix.

#1 Can you give me an ID that this is happening on

#2 You click Select All and the set your viewing has 10 auctions but when you add these to GTG the count is 20? Is that right?

Gazza, I've got pictures on my computer, why is it when I use the NL the pictures get uploaded to My Gallery but the upload fails telling me that the file does not exist?

I.e. This is the message I got before I re-done it as a free auction

Auction 1 Error : Image http:///C:/Users/Craig/Pictures/2010...Ebid%20007.JPG is invalid. Ensure images are viewable at all times. Extra info : Can't connect to :80 (Bad hostname '')

In my case, I had 42 listing. I clicked to "select all' & it did. I then click for it to at to GTG. It did...BUT, it said I had 84 listing instead of 42. I tried to launch them anyway, but the progress bar got to 48% & froze.

This does not happen every time mind you. It has happened about 3 times out of 10. Also, when the listing number doubles, the area that shows the listing gets all jumbled with text & gets worse when you try to scroll.

I am running Windows 7 by the way.

We had a problem with photo filenames that had spaces. This was fixed this morning.

The far left column in NL is the ID. Import the auctions into a new set to make things easier.
