Trying to upgrade to Seller + Lifetime

On the home page is a link that says for the month of Feb. you are running a special $49.49 to upgrade to seller + lifetime but when I click on the link and am taken to the upgrade your acccount page this sale price is not reflected. i selected the option anyway and when directed to paypa for payment (which I was disappointed about. I would rather use my card on file) that too had the price of $74.99. I cancelled the order. Was I just dreaming up the sale? How can I take advantage of this without being over charged? Thank you.

Underneath where it has the offer, it explains that it applies only for 24hrs after joining, and I see you joined back in October.

You're welcome. Perhaps you would want to list some items some other way to see how things went. I think that later those fees can be used toward the $74.99 price. If I'm incorrect, I'm sure someone will come along with the right information.
