If you cannot see the Source button at the top-left of the editor then you are probably using the wrong editor. You need to select the WYSIWYG Advanced editor. You can do this by going to My eBid > My Options > My Defaults, selecting the editor there and clicking the Save General Defaults button.

First.. Assume this is the code you're working with:
The xxxx will be typically carrying your specific ID numberOriginally Posted by typical repatoo code
Paste this to notepad or wordpad (or whatever other text editor you have)
Now separate the link from the image - The link is contained in the quotes after <a href= .. :
Link: http://www.repatoo.com/?action=lookup&id=xxxx
Now get the image URL (this is in the quoted part of img src code):
Image: http://www.repatoo.com/images/badge2/xxxx.png
Next, get your "alternate Text" (Also contained in the img src tag)
Alt Text: view my Repatoo profile
Now,. simply go to your about me page and while editing click in the spot you want to put repatoo badge , just stay in the WYSIWYG side - (the HTML view), type a letter and postition it where you want (centered, left aligned, whatever) , backspace to remove the letter, and then..
First, click on the Insert Image button , in the popup window, under Image Info tab , Enter the IMAGE url (from your Image: line ) with the http:// prefix in the URL box, for Alternative Text, enter the Alt text you took from the code.. (no quotes)
Then go to the Link tab and paste in the Link: url you took from the Href code.. (and I'd suggest selecting "New Window" in the "target" drop down) - click on "ok" and Hey, Presto! Your repatoo badge should now show up in your page
Works the same with listing editor and also with NinjaLister
**edit .. Heh.. while I was reading and then replying to this thread, it appears a whole buncha people started on page 2 and left me behind.. haha.. Oh well
Many changes yet again, started a new venture, and you can watch my store grow here: Really Rural Woodworks
I did suggest to Repatoo, a long while back, that when you click on the Create button that they generate and display the actual badge on the page. Then you could just copy/paste or simply drag the badge into a WYSIWYG editor. They did say they were going to implement this - but never have.
