I only did my back out twice and I thought that was bad enough. Riding accident both times.

I had message for 8 weeks, and went back to doing 15 minutes of yoga a day.

Touch wood, it has not come back.

You are all so brave~ it must be awful being in pain all the time.

Did she not do any work on your back at all. I do the exercises Sally gave me to follow off a sheet, but she masages things into place, very gently. but it warms up the musles and lessons the pain.
    I'm not very brave either.!

Well thats absolutely hopeless, Sounds like she doesn't know what she's doing, how can you do the exercises if things are not right.
Oh. Poor You. are you on any painkillers. I have Co-Codamol. BP 30/500 Codein Phosphate 30mg and Paracetamol 500mg.
They help . If she cant or won't do anything, can you get referred to someone else.?

I don't think they want to do anything to be honest, cept swan around looking important.
The painkillers I have are Tramodol, I also have sleeping pills for when I need them and valium.
The excersize's he wants me to do is slide my hands up a wall, lie down with knees bent and try and get my arms as far over my head as possible, reach up as though i am putting something on a shelf and move my legs from side to side.
Must admit I am fuming this morning and getting madder by the min, they are as much use as a f*** in a spacesuit.
