Thread: PayPal button missing from invoice

    Default PayPal button missing from invoice

    Have just sent an invoice covering 3 items but cannot see that a PayPal button has been included......is there something I have missed in my setup please? So far as I can see I offered PayPal on the auctions in question.

    One item number is 28606137.

    I also tried submitting a message via Help section, but message would not sent - kept on getting the warning that I had not included a message

    it might be worth checking that you haven't missed paypal on one of the items. Happened to me as a buyer before - all but one of the items had paypal as a payment options. And it was just an oversight on the sellers part. If that's what has happened send an invoice from paypal

    Hi - I've just checked the three items in question and they all show PayPal as a payment option so I'm really not sure what has happened.

    Well, looks like something for support. In the meantime I would send a paypal invoice

    If you can't get the contact form to work for you, you can send an email direct to support@ebid.net - they'll want all three item IDs to investigate.

    UPDATE - Hid Pay Me buttons on invoices until they are available to be clicked to avoid confusion

    Not really sure what it means (eBid's usual excessive brevity) but would guess buttons don't show until the invoice is finalised.

    Ah - that might be my answer - hopefully my customer sees the PayPal button, but it doesn't show on my view of the invoice which has been sent ?!!?

    I've asked my customer to let me know if the PayPal buton is not showing.

    Thanks for your help everyone - I did manage to contact Support via the website haven't heard from them yet.

    I too am having the same difficulties with my invoices the last few days. What do they mean by "finalized" for the invoice? I have sent separate invoices through Paypal but all the listings have shows that I do accept Paypal as a payment. I just sent an invoice for 3 combined items tonight and my customer can't seem to find the button to pay as well through Paypal. I haven't had this issue before.

    Just checked for you and none of the 3 items on the invoice had PayPal as a payment option.
