Postage based on weight being added after auction???

Good morning,
I have an issue regarding postage of my items. I have thousands of items that will soon be added. They range in weight from 1g to 10kg!. The issue I have is that I would like the postage to reflect the weight. Charging £1 postage for an item costing 8p is a little harsh!
Is there any way that people are able to buy multiple items and then for me to add the postage charge manually based on the weight of the items? Almost like....'see user for postage amount'???

You would have to list with postage of each item based on weight, but listing template you can say that you will discount for more than one item. wait for discounted invoice.

If you go to Myebid, then left hand side My Notices. you can set a heading up there, this will show at the top of every listing, very hand for doing Sales etc.

Is there anyway to add the 'postage discount available' option to the Upload Spreadsheet?
Can't find it - maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place
