User not found error on bulk uploader

I use open office calc, saved a sample auction in tab delimeted format using single quotes ' as string indicators, uploaded and got this error, User ''snammcom'' not found. Please help me if you can. cheers

If you created the file from the system, and made no changes before trying to use it, sounds like a system hiccough. If you email support@ebid.net with all the details and attach the test file they can take a look for you.
