Help needed please.

Hi everyone, just need a little help with my account. I upgraded to seller+ several weeks ago and infact have some auctions running at present,the problem is my account is now showing as a buyer and keeps asking me to upgrade to a seller account.
Any help would be appreciated,thankyou.

What type of Seller+ account did you take out? If a short term recurring one then the only reason I can think of why it would not renew is if eBid were unable to obtain payment for its continuation.

Really the only people that can provide you with an authoritative answer to account questions is admin - only they have access to the required information.

Thank's very much astral,i think i know what has happened now. My bank for some reason did not cancel my old debit card when they changed over to new cards. I will try to enter my card details again, fingers crossed.
