I haven't sold on here for ages and now I have customer did not want as many as she paid for. I have no problem with this and will do her a partial refund on paypal but do I get fvf refunded? how exactly does one do a refund/partial refund on ebid? Can't find a link anywhere on the site for help

My guess is that Ebid would not refund fvf when the buyer changes their mind....ebid did their part on the deal. Might be one of those things you just have to bite the bullet on. I use paypal, so giving refunds is pretty easy - just log into paypal and find the original transaction. Not sure how your customer paid, tho. Someone else may have better ideas for you........good luck!

thanks, I can tackle the paypal bit, done that before, just wasn't sure about the ebid fvf as I know ebay refund. Well win some lose some!

It may be worth dropping support@ebid.net a line and explain the situation to them and ask - at the end of the day if they say no then you haven't lost anything but you could be lucky and they may say yes. At least by asking you'll know for sure either way.

I agree, contact ebid and tell them about the customer changing her mind. You will get a refund from PP, because of the refund..
