how do i add a friend and do i need permission. can't find any info, silly me.
For example:
Click on my name and a pop up will open with options.
Click on View Profile.
On the profile page you will see to the left under the image:
+ Add as Friend
Click that link and the person will receive a 'request' and all they have to do is accept or deny.

When someone picks you as a friend, you will receive a notice in your Notifications area to accept or deny.
