    Default accidental reserves

Hi friends. I'm new at Ebid and accidentally had some items list with reserves. By the time I noticed the problem, they already had bids so I couldn't change them, as far as I could tell. Is there a way for me to allow these sales to go through at the high bid, even if it didn't meet the reserve? I want to do that but haven't yet found how to identify those items and get them into invoices. Thanks.

Hi Sharon. I understand your question but am not sure what to say except perhaps try and edit your auction and change the reserve amount to the lowest amount you are willing to accept for the item.

Bumping this up so others will see.

Welcome to eBid and best wishes for many sales,

Welome to eBid and best wishes for many sales,
Part of the problem is that the items already had bids so I couldn't change the reserve. At least I didn't seem to be able to. That area was greyed out on the edit page. So the auctions have closed and appear as NOT SOLD. I did find them in the not sold section of My Ebid but I don't see a way to invoice the high bidder. Anyone else with experience or thoughts on this? Thanks, all.

Because you had a reserve that was not met, you have not made a sale so you are not entitled to the bidders' details. There's nothing you can do except relist it without the reserve and hope your bidder comes back. If you bidder was a forum user, you could PM them to bring the new listing to their attention.
