Thread: Paying eBid invoice

    Unhappy Paying eBid invoice

    It is that time again when the eBid invoice has to be paid. I have a card on 'file' but once again the fees have not been taken from it and the invoice is highlighted for payment. I assumed that having a card listed that the fees would automatically be taken, is that not the case?

    Just checked another current thread and it looks like eBid does not automatically take fees from credit cards.

    Was the "not" a typo? They take a payment from my filed card every month.

    I got mine and just paid it. They do not automatically charge your card or at least they haven't mine. They give you a choice of whether you want to use that card or another one to use.

    I have just viewed 'my Subscriptions' and the following confirms that payment will (or should) be taken if a card is registered, I will have to check why my fees have not been taken, the same occured last month as well.

    "Payment for outstanding invoices will be attempted from your registered credit/debit card. Please keep your card up to date, visit the My Subscriptions page to update your card. Alternatively payment can be made via PayPal."

    Hi Tricia,
    just noticed that my fees have been taken from my card, but they weren't last month.
    Possibly, I think maybe da boyz wait until you owe a certain amount before collecting it.
