What is it about feedback that makes people not leave it????
When I sell my Jewellery, I always get nice emails from my buyers, but they very rarely leave any feedback!!!
Do other people have the same experience?

Happens to me al the time. It used to bother me but now I have got used to it, I just let it go. I think the auto reminder E.Mails jog some memories.
It is a pity we can't copy & paste the nice E.Mails into the feedback ourselves lol.

I get an excellent feedback response, I think it's because I mostly sell to sellers!
I didnt have that problem before, but this winter its happened to me several times on the Darkside. Weird. I always leave feedback (buying or selling) both here and there.
Am the other way round - I cant see why some people appear to have it so high on their agenda!
I never send out reminders - and I hate receiving them.
I sell items - i dont sell feedback.
I eventually get round to leaving it to anyone who has bothered to leave it for me.
I would rather people could only leave negative fb if they are not happy..
Something along the lines of.........
225 transactions (200 sales / 25 purchases)
5 of which received negative comments....
(then show the comments)

I find that feedback is reassuring if only to know that the item has arrived at its destination. I also like to leave feedback for the same reason and to thank the seller for their good service. If I wasn't happy, I would contact the seller first to solve any problems and then leave good feedback; it has yet to happen, though, I am pleased to say.
My feelings exactly. I'm always a bit nervous about whether something will actually get delivered (two of the items we shipped went missing), and whether the buyer will be happy when it does arrive (so far, no problems), so when they leave feedback I relax.
Several of them have sent very nice emails, which is good enough. Feedback is nice, of course, but I think once a seller gets up to a reasonable number it's enough to satisfy potential customers that they'll get the products they pay for.
I have got less than 50% feedback for the items I have sold.
But much higher for items I bought.
