Default PayPal 75% of American Consumers have it....

Three-quarters of American consumers have an active PayPal
account, up from 55% in 2008, according to a new survey.

    That's a big increase !

The only snag is I tend to come across the 25% of Australian consumers that don't have paypal yet.

I would believe that. Everything online that you purchase can be bought through Paypal. I wonder what the percentage of people that pay cash anymore is?

I believe it. I use Paypal for everything, always have, although if eBid came up with a similar system with fewer charges, I'd be more than happy to switch, (hint, hint, hint)....

Happy 2011 and best wishes for many sales to all,

Now that would be a real bad venture... others have tried, even feebay.. Failure made them buy PayPal. Even Yahoo failed... knowledge comes with online hands on experience

Interesting. Moneybookers is pretty good. I use it elsewhere (not the darkside) their fees are less than our friends at Pay Pal

Wow, I didn't know that. I guess I really do learn something (or several somethings) new every day.

Happy 2011 and best wishes for many sales to all,
