The only people that can answer that is admin. Do they pay any attention to them? If they do then it is worthwhile, if they don't then it is pointless.

They've encouraged them in the past on the grounds that the read, discuss and utilise the results - but whatever they said opinions would be divided on whether or not the answer was true. So I might as well ask the people who will be doing the poll, at least we know that bit happens.

Since we aren't sticking to the rules of the thread, and since I probably won't remember this in five minutes, another thing i would appreciate is being able to delete items from the watching and watched lists in bulk - ie: tick a box and delete several at a time, not one by one.....maybe I'm the only one who thinks that takes a lot of time. ALSO, HOW MANY times do we need to click on the paypal button to pay before getting to the paypal site.....sometimes 5!!! unreal. Getting to payment in one or two clicks would be sanity-saving.

It should be a useful facility for lots of people if the population of eBidders from non-English speaking countries grows (and it wouldn't hurt anyone anyone else with multi language skills to list in more than one) Perhaps the poll could be worded to remind us all that the long term good for the site is important - as well as our own pet issues!

Yes, I think polls are very useful. Thanks for all the hard work Kim....and I'm with Becky with my top priority.

I've done them the last couple of years. They generally get a lively reception, but do they achieve anything? Not sure - so you folks tell me, do you want another one? Interesting? Useful? Waste of space? Shan't be offended either way, so let me know - I don't mind doing the work if there's a reasonable demand, but don't want to waste all our time if there isn't!

I haven't read through the previous posts so this may have already been said - which if it has, I apologise for repeating info - but, for my own tuppence worth ........ I do think that the last poll did get some results in that I'm sure we did get some things either done or improved on. It may be an idea to do another given that we do have a large number of new sellers, that frequent the forums, and perhaps they would like to have a chance to add their opinions to a priorities / suggestions / improvements poll.

There are a couple of items that I think a lot of people want that were not on last years poll.

You could then whittle the list down to a manageble length and remove the totally whacky ones.
