Thats must be because the seller entered 0.00 for shipping to USA
And it is totally up to seller to enter proper amount if they do ship to USA.
I see nothing wrong with it as is... cause thats what seller had to enter. If seller does Not Ship to USA then that option would be closed.. could not type it in.
Am I missing a ?
