Upgraded to seller+ but I'm still being charged fees?
I just upgraded my subscription to seller+ and now I have problems reposting items and when I do manage to repost I am being charged for an extra image(auction has only2 images) and a charge for a 2% final value fee?
I upgraded to seller+ because it said I would not have to pay these fees.
I can't figure out what's going on.
Doe's anyone have any suggestions?

Your items are still running as Platinum listings and so will be charged as such. You can either close and repost or, if I recall correctly from when I upgraded, if you go to edit a listing and just save it away then it will be saved as a Gallery listing - 2% FVF and 5 free images (check the fees on preview though to ensure they match what you expect).
It would be nice if Platinum listings were auotmagically changed to Gallery when you upgraded the account. I have suggested that to eBid before but with no response.

Yes the Seller+ give you life time free listings.
But if you want to use a gallery pic (highly recommended) then you will be charge a 2% final value fee, which most of us think is very reasonable, as a site need to make some money to keep going.
Now I see you are in the USA, we just need 54,000 new listings in the USA to overtake ecrater and be second on the PSU list. (he he)

I have alot of things to list and I plan to keep using the gallery pic.
