Help needed - new seller - how to word request for payment

Hi,
i have listed a few items but am not sure how to word what to do at auction end.
As i haven't upgraded as yet for automatic paypal linking, ( waiting to see if i should get lifetime or just recurring).
Do i contact the buyer with payment details after 24 hrs or so or do request the buyer to get in touch, don't wish to sound too pushy.

I send an invoice immediately at the end of my auction with clear instructions on how to pay me. Don't wait for them to pay send the invoice first so they will know how you want paid

Send an invoice from Paypal saying something like:

Hi (membername)
Thank you for your purchase. Your item will be shipped/mailed/posted within XX days once payment of XXXX has been remitted and cleared. I will notify you when shipment has been made. Regards Me

Hi Prawny, I set my payment details out in my description so nobody can say they did not know.

If you are going to sell overseas you will need a paypal account or google checkout. I know if I wanted to buy something from the UK or US I have to pay by paypal and most people worldwide use this method of payment. Forget it belongs to Ebay.. Use it to your advantage for global sales. That's my thinking anyway.

Am going to set up google checkout and try some listings worldwide, will put those on bin's as suggested in another thread.
