Internation SHipping/Shipping Calculator

Well, I just made a sale and the calculator showed NO SHIPPING and the listing is clearly set for calculated shipping!

So do I have to invoice the shipping? Why didn't the calculator include the shipping? So did the international customer not see the shipping charges? They already paid for the item so was the shipping advertised properly? Was the shipping billed properly?

Am I going to have to start all over and edit all mylistings with an explanation that shipping will billed separately?

Help would be appreciated.

I'm wondering why it didn't charge shipping on my sale! Definitely didn't, the paypal record shows "shipping: 0.00" and the payment was for the item only!

If I remember correctly there is a Setting in PayPal that if Set Wrongly will over ride the eBid shipping values and enter zero instead.
