One sandwich was delicious and my stomach tells me I am still hungry. Not so, half an hour later my stomach is content.
I eat small portions and eat regularly. When I feel hungry between meals it is fruit.
It all breaks down about 10.00pm when I have been a model of restraint all day and I can bear it no longer. The cheese in the fridge calls to me and I give in.
My GP told me to walk four miles a day. I manage two. On days I can't I substitute exercises at home, usually working on stomach muscles.
