    I don't believe in crash dieting. I like balance and moderation without aggravation of "diet". So I walk alot.......that's my exercise. I eat very small meals about 4-5 times daily (that includes snacks). I'm kind of on the skinny side, so I guess it works.

    I used to be skinny, too, now I'm happily back to average and hope to stay there, at least for a while.

    Bf liked me better plumper, though, go figure. Men...

    I had a look at Weightwatchers literature before I joined SW and I couldn't make head nor tail of it. Don't know if it's changed any but if I was going back to a group thing, it would be Slimming World. Their stuff was very easy to understand - well, if I could understand it, it must've been easy! LOL!

    I have lost about 4 stones in the last year or so by gradually increasing my exercise level and only eating when I am hungry...except for my chocolate fix which I refuse to give up.

    I would love a weight loss and get fit buddy though.

    I feel another blog coming on

    Usually good till evening.

    Guess my problem is the evenings. Ate healthy all day but had an unhealthy slice of Cake just before bed.

    Charista - just remember that under-eating is as bad as over-eating. You should have at least three meals per day and a couple of small snacks. I made a big mistake by only eating ONCE a day, thinking I was doing the right thing. I wasn't! I now have to have regular meals daily or my tummy goes NUTS and lets me know in no uncertain terms that it wants FED! LOL! If I could leave off the chocolate, I'd be losing good amounts of weight but for some reason, my sweet tooth has surfaced with a vengeance so I'm lucky if I lose a kilo or so a month at the moment! Mind you, it's a steady loss and as my doc says - the longer it takes to come off, the longer it should STAY off!
