Thread: pay invoice

  1. #1

    Default pay invoice

can any one tell me how to pay my invoice gone to help dest told me to

When you upgrade your account to selling status to either SELLER or SELLER+ the card used to do this will be used to pay for any debits to your account at the beginning of every calendar month. If you used PayPal to upgrade then you will need to pay your monthly invoices via PayPal also, view the eBid Invoices tab on the My Fees page and you will see a button that takes you to PayPal to initiate payment.
An invoice or statement will be issued on the 1st of each month for the previous month's fees. We will attempt to collect payment at this time. If this collection fails we will re-try later in the month. You may cover an unpaid invoice using Paypal by going to my eBid - my Fees and clicking on the my eBid Invoices tab. You will see the Paypal payment button if an unpaid invoice is due.

Where is the button can any one help thank you
    regards shell

You will be emailed an invoice and it will also appear here: http://uk.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?mo=account-invoices, along with a PayPal button if that is how you pay. If you pay by card it will be automatically debited. Note that eBid do not collect fees under 0.40 GBP (as it is not economically viable for them to do so), but carry the amount due over to the next month - until such time as the amount does exceed 0.40 GBP.

Hi thank you for quick reply, I have just realised everything you have said that the amount is not enough and read this in my invoice (Amount due under minimum, no payment currently necessary.) thanks again.
